The choice of a specific career or occupation is a very important and complex one. I recognise that this path needs to be created in a joint collaboration with you. Rather than just telling you, we will go on a journey of discovery together.
This journey includes examining and understanding you and what makes you tick.
I also aim to uncover your values, clarifying what is most important for you.
Finally we use a personality tool called Lumina Spark, an incredibly powerful personality tool, showing not only your baseline personality, but how you are likely to act in a work environment, and how you deal when in stressful situations.
This process will help to create your ideal path to your dream career.

Group Career Development Sessions
I also provide group sessions for students, giving them an opportunity to understand their personality in a clearer way, using the Jungian model of personality.
I dig down into every single personality continuum, allowing cohort members to understand themselves and others better, so that they can deal with other individuals in ways which are primed for them.

Team Development and Performance
Each team works under different pressures and constraints. My purpose is to understand your team, understand what makes it moves, and understanding the resistance that is preventing the team from evolving to fulfil its potential
One size does NOT fit all. Every team is unique and has unique possibilities and challenges. I tailor make any intervention for your team based on your needs.
Teams are made and broken on two major thresholds - elements which promote their productivity and help to either develop or imped their development, and positivity - the general feeling within any given group which promotes teamwork.
Together with an initial interview, I use a Team Development Coaching Tool which measures both productivity and positivity, allowing the team leader to understand what he or she needs to do to enhance the team, remove obstacles in its way, and allow the team to evolve and provide greater performance.
I also use the LUMINA SPARK, which can chart out your team according to its personality dimensions, allowing for better communication between team members, minimising conflict, and developing understanding.
